1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and bill.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or altered items

Discounted or clearance sale items

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size or product defects (subject to stock availability).

Customers may need to bear shipping charges for exchanges.

✔ Do not allow return after washing
✔ Mention “Color variation may occur due to lighting”
